Đổ hỗn hợp này ra khay, dàn mỏng, cho vào lò sấy 3-4 tiếng ở nhiệt độ 100 độ C. Các bạn sấy cho đến khi thấy bề mặt dứa khô là được.
Cho hỗn hợp kẹo dứa vào khay nhỏ có lót màng thực phẩm, bọc thành miếng to, cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh để 1 tiếng. Sau đó, cắt thành miếng nhỏ và gói lại trong giấy bóng kính.
