Cho hỗn hợp kẹo dứa vào khay nhỏ có lót màng thực phẩm, bọc thành miếng to, cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh để 1 tiếng. Sau đó, cắt thành miếng nhỏ và gói lại trong giấy bóng kính.
