Chanh rửa sạch, dùng dụng cụ bào lấy vỏ chanh. Sau đó, cắt làm đôi, vắt lấy nước cốt chanh cho ra tô.

Trứng gà đập ra chén, tách lấy lòng đỏ trứng, thêm 150gr đường trắng vào, đánh đều lên.

Đun ấm sữa tươi không đường và hỗn hợp lòng đỏ trứng gà, đường trắng trong nồi.

Trong 1 tô khác, dùng máy đánh trứng, đánh bông kem whipping lên.

Cuối cùng, cho hỗn hợp sữa tươi không đường, lòng đỏ trứng, kem whipping, nước cốt chanh, vỏ chanh vào tô, dùng máy đánh trứng, đánh đều hỗn hợp thật mịn.

Cho hỗn hợp kem vào tủ lạnh, để đông khoảng 6 giờ. Khi dùng chỉ việc múc ra ly và thưởng thức!
