Come on guys, I know you grow up with it, and it's a master piece in your heart blablabla but even the "original" was a copy

Kristine Gallegos

Imagine all that money and cgi resources spent on a new story. For instance "the long way to a small, angry planet" by becky chambers. And if successful, proceed onto "a closed and common orbit" and "Record of a cpaceborn few"

Md Aulad Hossain

Not in my opinion no... As much as I love Disney I think some of these remakes aren’t necessary at all. The Lion King is a classic and there is no way it can be beaten, with all the CGI in the world

Thet Myat Noe

Walt Disney himself actually signed a paper saying he wants the disney movie to reproduced in future times. Its not meant for the people who grow up with it. It's meant for the small children, (you know just like you ones were)

Harsh Mishra

Kaye Hughes

why remake disney : money but you rip off Kimba the White Lion disney:shut up!

Nancy Ward

It boost the economy, people get employed to make the movie, people pay and enjoy a movie out with friends. Everyone benefits. Is there a need for it? No. Is there harm from it? No

Angelica Grammann

Yes, they can remake Chaplin's movies in 4D. And when you go to see the movie you'll receive a walking stick as gift from the local cinema. Chaplin himself should be represented by Judit Furmambach. They'll be a fantastic movies. Even they can make a story line and combine all Chaplin's movies in a block-busters for 7-8 years. It will be huge hit and will make a lot of money. Just saying...

Leah Endozo Ornales

The Lion King was the biggest animated boxoffice sucess for years. It was huge on home video. Can you imagine how much money this remake will make Disney? There is no other reason this, or any other of their remakes exist.

Yağmur Ceren

Geez. It’s not like the old movie is gonna be replaced. Chill

Océane Beauregard

Good movies don't need remakes, because they're already good. And bad movies don't need remakes because they're bad. Fuck remakes!

Beth Davis

Went to see it Last night, my girlfriend really loves The lion king, she is The real True fan of it. And she loved it!!!! Me 2 :)

Mariyam Faisal

It will never be as good. Animation has a lot of effects that cgi "live action" will never achieve

Samantha Vernon

I know a book same story but different it's called Hamlet only with knights & kings instead of animals!

Jody Foord

THEY ARE DIFFERENT MOVIES !!!! Start looking like that and you will enjoy both.

Brea Alyse

* 'Chuck Brown - We need some money' plays in Disney Studios *

Linda Briere

Agreed! I’m so over these remakes. They haven’t been good at all.

Seniorita Signiscia

Never seen it. What am I missing?
